He graduated from the Departme↑φδ↔nt of Western Language and L©÷iterature of Peking University in 196∑♥2 and worked successively at the 19th ® ©Research Institute of the 10th R₽✔esearch Institute of the Ministry Ω of National Defense aπ nd the 30th Research Institute of Chin&φ×a Electronics Technology Group.&♦≤∏ He has served as th'&←↓e Director of the Intelligence Resea↔••rch Office and the Direc‌♦♠tor of the Employee Education π‍πDepartment of the researc♦≥h institutes. In 1992, the firs≠♦t SMT professional comm®®ittee in China was established, •→$namely the SMT Special Committee‍σ of Sichuan Electronicγ‌ Society. In the past twenty÷→₩ years, we have held several  εlarge-scale national SMT academic c©≠>onferences and edited and publ₩≠♥ished over twenty SMT♦☆ professional books.
